Blog topic #9

Q: Does your CP ever have recourse to the judicial process as a way of resolving problems, or does your CP's work involve the prison system in any way? Describe an example?

A: Of course my CP has recourse with the law, don't we all? The power of having the law behind us and the knowledge of the law is that our litigation becomes stronger. The work of the ELC is to research and through all the research establish a case that can be argued to the courts. The ELC is the Earth Law Center: A center fighting for the rights of mother nature and equal representation as a human beings rights in society. After all, isn't mother nature our back-yard and what we as human rely on for our daily quality of life?

Obviously the goal is to have outstanding legal recognition in the courts to build better foundation and relationships with respected litigators. To have a case that will be a landmark case and be of valuable resource for the future to come.
