Q: How does your CP Interface with local governmental units? are there any leaders in particular who've had a key impact on the success or development of your CP?
A: There are Various Forms of interface between my CP (ELC) and the local governmental units. For example, the work done is based on the needs of communities and its citizens. The ELC works with the citizens of these communities to find the instances where there rights as citizens were violated to exploit their surrounding environment. This is where the process begins: first an there is an issue reported followed by some research and investigating of human and environmental rights violations in the town/city. The process begins with identifying the local issue. Another example, the Mahoney Township of Pennsylvania has filed ordinances to stop big corporations from dumping sewage sludge in the backyards of the citizens of Mahoney and other neighboring towns with in the county. This is an interest for my CP because research can be done on both the human and environmental rights violations which these big corporate giants are violating. The leaders of the ELC are those who campaign for change and find ways to help the affected citizens of local communities to states and countries around the globe. Those who have supported my CP, the ELC, goes to the researches and the lovely staff that work to provide more knowledge and protect our essential human rights in order to protect mother natures rights.. My CP will continue to develop as long as the need for change and awareness for mother nature is present.
